Experienced politicians that were in power before are behind the violence in Bolivia, they are using regional pride movements of eastern Santa Cruz department as an engine for their intentions of pushing Morales' administration into failure. I believe that president Evo Morales is trying to do the right thing for his country, and he needs the support of the international community against the boicott that rightist gruops are plotting against this government. Also, most Bolivian bloggers aren't Indigenous and belong to families that have been benefitted in the past. You must take that under consideration when you read those posts.

Excellent collection of the state of affair in Bolivia now. I am sad to hear that Evo (who does not come from the military ranks as Chavez) is following on the same old "caudillo" tactics.
He should respect the oposition and be a president for all the nation.
