		<description>here in warsaw we have a couple rom families -- there is prejudice here...they do beg with their sullen-faced infants (are they trained?), and on trams (street cars) you can still encounter a rom musician with an accordion or fiddle. That part about repairing the young boys eyesight is a bit over the top for me (must the end always justify the means?). so what do old guys do to improve their eyesight? 

interesting fact about roma and didicoy (almost sounds like decoy in english, in the sense of fake or tricky). like they needed to create a scapegoat for their problems, not unusual anywhere.</description>
