		<description>[...] For those of us who may strive to write a blog with the improbable dream that it makes some small difference or influences someone, we are humbled before the real power of blogging.  The blog mentioned below doesn&#8217;t measure it&#8217;s success in number of visitors, pages viewed, or advertising dollars collected. It&#8217;s success is measured in lives changed for the better, or possibly even saved. Botswana: positive impact of a village blog: A medical student from Nata village in Botswana writes about the impact of the Nata village blog on him, “Before the establishment of this website I must confess that I was a bit naive in as far as the exact impact of HIV/AIDS in Nata. I read thru the website that almost 50% of pregnant women attending Nata clinic are HIV positive, and since my arrival late last month I have witnessed first had the impact of AIDS in my Village Nata.” [...]</description>
