Honduras Daily News has put together a bilingual post [1] (Spanish [2]) which accuses former state-owned telecommunications monopoly Hondutel of breaking “into TTI (Tropico Telephone and Internet) offices, in the center of downtown La Ceiba, with an army of M16’s, multiple trucks and an RPG for good measure.” There's one way of knocking down the competition.
