I agree that this guy is China's biggest hope... But.. Then again, aren't there millions in China who could possibly be? The guy has a strong moral understanding of justice and the meaning and dignity of humanity. Don't others in China have this? can't anyone speak to foreign media the way Gao would? He is a self trained lawyer, he built up his merit from scratch, the thing that really set him apart was that he made a real honest and confident effort. Can't that be done by others just the same?

You know because people in China are so cowardly, the foreign media are sort of in the dark about the complex situation of corruption and terror over there in China. they don't seem to really get it. They need to hear it from many mouths, not just one or two human rights groups but from the people in China the people who create a more full understanding for people from the outside.

But I would say aside from what others think, Chinese peoples' biggest issue i think is to regain their dignity, it is for that that you should explain whats happened to China, explain to people that the China we see today that is about to collapse under stupid opression and environmental degradation is not the true Chinese legacy, that Chinese people really are different that communism and naroow minded lying...
