Only Georgia and Azerbaijan are partially within Europe geographically, but the latter is usually considered Asia and Armenia considered European for cultural reasons. Registan.net says the geographic distinction between Europe and Asia is meaningless and wonders where aspiring European countries like Kazakhstan, which is partially within geographic Europe, should fit.
