Diego, have a look at Pacific Developers properties. I bought my apartment after seeing a friends apartment by them.

Mine is in Punta Pacific & I am very happy, great layout, finishings and social areas. I don’t have any complaints, even have great neighbors.

They have properties available all over Panama including Costa del Este & San Fransisco.

  • If you have any interest in the western slope of the Azuero Peninsula (a relatively undiscovered stretch of paradise), feel free to contact me at http://www.thepanamacollection.com and I’ll do everything I can to help you out. You need to be very careful when dealing with agents in the area, but I have developed some very trustworthy contacts and I can help you navigate through the minefield.

  • If you want to invest in Panama or any other Central American country and you intend on using an agent, make sure you do your homework. Any decent agent will be able to put you in contact with their previous customers for a reference. This is a good place to start. Avoid agents that do not have office, real estate licenses or any references.
