“Green” businesses are popping up left and right! I even found out about the Social Venture Network. They are holding a contest to reward business leaders of socially responsible companies http://www.svn.org/imaginewhatsnext.

While there is no doubt that the topic of socially responsible business is receiving more attention these days, the amount of bad bahavior in the corporate world has changed little.

Many companies present public concern for employees, the environment, and stakeholders. How many companies have truly incorporated the philosophy of socially responsible business into their core mission?
Not as many as the press releases trumpeting socially responsible business practices would have you believe.
