I agreed with the statement that balancing of power. 2. Meant weak governments put in power by ruling power goverment in Khartoum. 3. How can an elepant flight or talk to an ante. or balance themselves. 4. I mean here when goverment ot state is formed always they say (Government) our poeople. On top of that we are all people of Sudan apart South or North. 5. This means the failure of governance balancing might lead the conflict. Generally, in democratic country with some different ethnic and cultural people, political leader or civil servant have to be very careful of such difference and its balance. You can understand it easily as simply observe the even the USA. Sometimes, it requires certain Governance Structure to be balanced between different people. Though, my resource is limited at this moment to know if their government structure, election system or military control were suited for them to keep balance, it might be a meaningful idea to reconsider it.
