I am always on the net and need to buy and sell goods but presently there are no good merchants who can help me. The local banks charge quite very high to send money in US dollars to another foreign country and most websites require a paypal account to send money to US or UK and others. I am really stuck in the mud. Is there any tangible reason why paypal would be customers can not send and recieve in both instances.
