		<description>Yes, it&#039;s true that tour guides&#039; living is based on commission and minimum service fee but they knew about this even before they entered the industry. No one forced them to enter the travel industry in the first place so they shouldn&#039;t place blames on others and whine about it when they later find out that they don&#039;t make enough money. To me, it&#039;s like buying a lottery and then blame the association for not rolling out the numbers I bought. Ridiculous.

This kind of bad apples trashes our image of a prestigious internation financial centre. Must regulate.</description>
