Haven't you simply thought about photoshop? I usually fix my own pictures to remove any mosquito bite or else....
Perhaps the press in Cuba would like to simply present a 'healthier' Fidel?

Haven't you simply thought of that?

Thank you for the links, George!
I appreciate them, even when I'd prefer if you included the caveat for the quote, which I posted as an insane conspiracy theory, as follows,
Time for (drum roll, and announcer with deep baritone voice says:) "INSANE CONSPIRACY THEORY TIME!"
Now, if you look in your browser at the document "source", you'll notice that all the photos are numbered 121, 12-2, etc. Hugo arrived in Cuba on August 13, not August 12.
Yesterday Granma was publishing some old pictures of Fidel showing off the proofs for an undated Granma article. What if the pictures of Hugo at Fidel's bedside were taken back when Fidel busted his knee and are now made to look like they were taken yesterday?
Nothing, absolutely nothing is beyond Fidel and Hugo's perfidy.
/end "INSANE CONSPIRACY THEORY TIME!"
MarkDM, the bobblehead with the red beret is Hugo, wearing his favorite hat

The photo I get a kick out of from today's Granma selections is the one with the bobbleheads in the background. One is of Castro. Can anyone tell who the other one is?

While some anti-Castro blogs are way over the top, it's unfair to paint all of them in a similar vein. I point you in the direction of Child of the Revolution at www.luismgarcia.blogspot.com, which has previously featured in Reuters reports. Credible and entertaining.
