		<description>There is a lot of talk on rudness issue in Readers Digest.  But I think it is true.  In Mumbai people genrally ignore others around them and are in their own world.  One such example is the way people use abusive languaghe in Public.  Move around in trains, buses and you find men talking to one another using abusive language irrespective of who is standing next to them.  I have heard group of guys laughing at dirty jokes in a crowded train.

no body just does not bother that there are others within hearing distance nor the gender of the person.  No wonder Mumbai city is rude.</description>
