Well, I for one have never trusted it.
Thanks Farid! We are a bunch of suspicious characters, that’s for sure…
I appreciate your job, as I said in my blog. However, you are corresponding Iranian interior politic news. About provinces and ethnics, these are the real reasons to be skeptical. Again, I like your slogan, it is admirable. Please try to show our nation and country at least as it is; please try not to interfere our affairs like ethnicity. The ethnicity case in Iran was silenced because it is not an important issue. I and no one cares if a website corresponds the struggle sufficiently but if they are going to exaggerate it and to show hard-lines, then ordinarily people would be offended and sensitive about it.
By not being important, I meant that there is no major disparity between ethnics. There might be some challenges between government and some ethnics. But there is absolutely not problem among families and ethnics themselves. The fact that you are stressing ethnicity in your website is suspicious for sure. Again, I suggest you try to make Iranians happy, write some things about our history, culture and you introduce our ancient scientists. If your readers are Iranian, they don’t need to hear from you about politics, Iran’s international challenges and etcetera. If they are foreigners so I thing you may consider my peaces of advice.
Furthermore, I saw that Ms. Rebecca MacKinnon that is sponsored or a member of law school. Your project is about freedom of speech and censorship in China or other countries. I just got assured that your activity is political. This is an action against Iranians. I will try to inform other member of “Weblogistan” of your job. Be sure, I’d sign it, no one would welcome you. I am sorry for my country follows that are participating and serving in this project. I am really sorry. She is excused. Ms. MacKinnon does not care about our national unity and interests. It is not unexpected. Shame on those people who are earning money in these ways.
Nobody is stressing ethnicity in this blog. You just discovered GV and it was during Azerbaijan protest period.A couple of months ago there was discussion about nuclear, Hzebollah bloggers and so on.There are several Iranian in country or abroad who contributed to this site or wrote positively about it such as Fanous, Behi,Kholdi or sedyaefarda.
You are not the first one who discovered GV!
I did not say that I am the first one who see this site, I meant I accidentaly found a website, it was not so famous among Iranian bloggers, because I am reading blogs for 3 years and blogging for more than a year. Please do not want to convince me about some thing, every thing is clear, you are supported by Law school and your project is about freedom of speach, freedom, how people in their country are not satisfied with their government and so on. What is the aim of this website, to correspond news about Hezbollah, freedom, Basij and how governent treat us? Is not this a political point of view? I told you, if your readers are Iranian, they don’t need to read these fkng news in English, if they are foreigners then it sounds logical, you are portraiting our country as well as other people and other medea in America do.
