There&#039;s a line in my post which states very clearly that the photo essay from JustBajan.com is about a &quot;kite-flying festival at Vaucluse, St. Thomas &lt;b&gt;a few years back&lt;/b&gt;&quot;. The photo is also meant to show the ways in which Caribbean kite makers use political themes, and I felt that the image of Bin Laden was the one that was most recognizable to GV&#039;s readers.</description>
