I would say their role is more undefined than efficient.
I am writing a thesis on the subject and I'm trying to proove how their role is a passive one, they are actually the tool of a bipolar diplomacy I'd call the "I love you, neither do I" diplomacy.
Could someone help me in my researches? I'd need the name of International humanitarian NGOs that may have chosen to leave Zimbabwe during the crisis? It would help me to proove first at all they actually acted politically while decided not to support the population anymore : indeed this kind of withdrawal would be an opposition!

Could some give the names of international NGOs that left Zimbabwe willfully between 2000 and 2008?

Thank you so much....
