Twenty five years of chaos and fighing left everything crippled including the state machinary. Rebuilding Afghanistan from the ashes in a year to tow is indeed unrealistic approach. The most important question to be addressed is Afghanistan following the right path towards state budilging and then the economic development programmes? Most Afghans believe Karzai is the puppet of the USA and lack clout to ward off the puppets of regional power surrounding Afghanistan. Indeed Afghanistan is caught in a vicious circle of forieng puppets. The present make up of the cabinet in combination of puppets from Iran, Pakistan, former Soviet and western countries.
