You guys need to stop speculating about Algeria, the Army and Bouteflika!! and for a simlpe reasonor reasons:
1. Algeria is now loaded with money: lower debt(17 billions), 60 billions in reserve, last year oil/gas income of 47 billions..and 60 billions planned set for building 1000 miles of highways, one million of homes, achools, desalement of water from the sea…and 11 millions people with cell phones in less than 4 years….to name juste a few!…so, I don’t see what’s the big deal to spend few billions for the Army! the US is spending 340 bb a year.
Algeria is lucky to have Bouteflika
