Eraj, yes, in my book cooking is an art too! A silent poetry, a constant dance and interaction with food, with nature. Just beautiful :)

We all have the jungle inside of us. We all have wants and needs and desires, strange as they may seem. It's just human. If you stop to think about it, we're all pretty creative, cooking up all these fantasies. It’s like a kind of poetry. And in my book cooking is an art,It was my Moms idia…Happy New Year Melissa. Wow if I can sample you food, one day:)

Thank you Sailaja, Neha and Georgia!

rentstrike: I invite you to read the post in reference, so you learn about the details and steps involved in obtaining organic raw milk from grass fed caws. It is totally oposit to what you are stating in your comment.

Raw milk may be better for you but it's still bad for the animal. Milk is meant for the animal's child -- not you! How would you feel if you were forcibly impregnated then had your child taken from you so that somebody else could take the milk from your breasts?

Oh, Nepal is beautiful! Since you live in CA, I think you can get raw milk from grass fed, happy caws there. Why do not you try?

As all of my friends know, I am extremely lactose intolerant. It doesn't really bother me, but they won't allow me to order pizza or ice cream on road trips.

And I can definitely vouch for raw milk. I drank it while living in Nepal and experienced six, glorious months of flatulence-free life.
