Since that comment has already been up there a while I am not going to delete it, with the proviso that we don't think that calling people "jackass" is a very useful way to persuade anybody of your point of view. Meanwhile, I have just rejected a comment that continues the jackass-calling theme. The commenter is welcome to re-submit without the personal attack. I apologize for the confusion and any hurt feelings. From now on please respect your fellow human beings and engage in a contest of reason, not a contest of insults.
