Just learned that “buggary” in Antigua and Barbuda is illegal with a penalty of a decade and a half behind bars! Now some reports online say that homosexuality is illegal, whilst yet another says its legal. So my question is, is it legal — with exception to anal sex activity? i would like good sources to follow on the progress (if any) in regard to legalising homosexuality and so-called “buggary”. Now is this law still really strongly enforced, or is it now sort of overlooked (so long as done in private)? Thanks!
