I enjoy living in america however this country is hated for so many reasons. First being that the world is somewhat jealous of america for its wealth and abundance in so many ways of life. though the State Department has its own agenda that is convaluted from one decade to another and that is a 2 second reason.the United States really dose not care about any other nation unless $$ Millions and Billions can be had. “First being that the world is somewhat jealous of america for its wealth and abundance in so many ways of life.”
No offence to you as a person, but that’s utter Bull
I lived in Europe for many years, the people were as rich, as free and as happy with their way of life as people in America are , but they still intensely dislike America, more so since the invasion of Iraq.
I can tell you that far from being envious, they actually consider themselves to be better off than American because they have fewer mega rich and fewer mega poor, so their wealth is more fairly distributed (for example, there a are a lot of socialist and near socialist states in Europe liek France and Britain that have near universal health care and state subsidised perscription drug plans that don’t exist in the US), and they have more freedom of worship (especially in schools) and less gun violence too.
A lot of the other people in othre places that I’ve lived, like those in China, India and Africa also don’t like America, but they aren’t aware of all of the benefits that people in the US have, so they aren’t envious of that. Many think that American just have more cars and bigger TVs, but don’t know about the rest.
The real reason that people don’t like the US IS its foreign policy.
They think that America is bossy and agressive, and they don’t like being told that they should change to meet American ideals for things like trade and human rights.
People also HATE being told that they are jelious of the US, because, frankly, they aren’t. Particularly in Europe, they either have everything that the US has that they like, or they don’t like wat the US has and call it corrupt or materialistic.
People also really hate US double standards, like “We can have a big army with nuclear weapons, but you can’t” or “We can have troops in your borders, but you can’t even mount a slingshot within a hundred miles of ours”.
