That’s a very good question. I’d try leaving a comment on Lost in Smallness and seeing if you could get an answer there. Unfortunately, the government website of Aruba – at least in English – is not very informative. I do know that Japan does not allow any internet campaigning at all, though one of the candidates posted his thoughts about the law on his own blog, which seems like a pretty fuzzy boundary.
